Antipasti
Did you know?
The Italian word Antipasti, plural for antipasto, is from anti- (the Latin ante-), before, and pasto food, from the Latin pastus, from pascere to feed. So translated: any of various, typically Italian, hors d'oeuvres, also a plate of these served especially as the first course of a meal.
