Terms and conditions

For your ready to pick up shopping we require at least 24 hours notice. These orders can be placed in person by visiting the Smart Good Food Shop, by telephone or by email.

For your lunchtime order we require your order in by 10am on the day. These orders can be placed in person by visiting the Smart Good Food Shop, by telephone or by email.

For your ready to pick up shopping and lunchtime orders we need your credit/debit card details at the time of ordering. We will need:

* Name on the card and address the statements go to
* Number on the front of the card
* Expiry date on the card
* Three digit security number on the back of the card and/or issue number

The total invoice for your order will be charged to this card, your receipt will be given when you pick up your ready to pick up shopping or lunchtime order. If the order is not collected at the specified time, the food may be wasted and an additional charge may be incurred. No shows and cancellations will be charged in full.

For party catering orders we require the following notice for ordering:

* party of 30 to 50 people minimum of 10 days
* party of 10 to 30 people minimum of 7 days
* party of 5 to 10 people minimum of 2 days

We require a deposit of 50% when placing the order and the balance when the food is picked up from the Smart Good Food Shop.

On line shopping:

Normally the goods will be dispatched the same day or the day following receiving the order, however if there is a delay in dispatching goods, you will be notified.

If you wish to cancel your order, you should notify us before the goods are dispatched (see above). You will receive a full refund for the goods and postage You can cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. Once the goods have been dispatched, you need to return them to us in perfect condition and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. This is not applicable for perishable goods.

If an item is not available, you will be contacted and an alternative offered. If the alternative is not satisfactory, you will receive a refund for the not available item. If the whole order is not available the postage will be refunded as well as the items.
